The agricultural and livestock world is set to meet for the 79th edition of Fiere Zootecniche Internazionali, the industry’s flagship event to be held at CremonaFiere scheduled for Nov. 28-30, 2024.

Ample space is given to the exhibition that, as per tradition, represents the best of animal husbandry with Holstein, Red Holstein, Jersey and Brown cattle and is considered worldwide a moment not to be missed. It is precisely from the ring in the Lombard city that the trends in world genetics are inaugurated and consolidated with the most interesting and “modern” animals.

The only nationwide event in the livestock sector that now has more than 800 animals registered from 150 farms from all over Italy and 5 European countries, as well as being able to count on 50,000 square meters of exhibition space.

“This fair,” explains the president of Cremona Fiere, Roberto Biloni. constitutes an irreplaceable tool for breeders to reach a realistic and concise vision on the future of the sector and the solutions to be adopted for an increasingly sustainable and cutting-edge breeding. In the next few days the registration of the animals in the exhibition will end; and the fact that already more than 800 animals have registered from all over Italy and 5 European countries testifies to the importance of the event for the breeding world both at the Italian and international level.”

Breeders overseas are also preparing to participate “the international fair in Cremona is the best fair in Europe and one of the best in the world because it manages to bring together all components of the dairy sector. – explains Agapito Fernandez sat Chechen, Spanish breeder winner in 2023 – It is a representation of the industry in its entirety, not only morphological thanks to the exhibition but also conference and innovative with the presentation of cutting-edge technologies, as well as a direct comparison with the best breeders from around the world. I am happy to contribute to this important event and work every day to ensure that our cow is in the best condition.”

I am happy to participate in and promote the International Livestock Fairs in Cremona,” explains Agnieszka Jonczyk breeder group leader of the Polish delegation, “thisfair is not only a time for meeting and discussion related to innovation and future prospects, but above all, it takes into account the needs of farmers and animals.

Not only exhibition and presence of animals, the whole is enriched by an exhibition part where you can discover the most modern and efficient solutions to improve the competitiveness of livestock farms as well as a rich calendar of more than 50 events including seminars, workshops, technical meetings, scientific insights, economic and social discussions and debates

“Through our conference program,” clarifies CremonaFiere general manager Massimo De Bellis. we have always proposed a key to understanding the most current issues for the livestock sector. A goal that will be achieved again this year thanks to important collaborations: once again we can say that we have consolidated relationships that for years have linked us to fundamental realities for the sector – such as AITA, SIVAR, CIB, universities and associations.”

A unique event of its kind but above all international thanks also to the collaboration with ICE Agency that has already brought official delegations of industry operators from 20 countries, including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the U.S., Canada, and South America, among others.
