The “Connecting the Provolone Valpadana (CON.PRO.VA.) supply chain” project is part of the RDP GO PEIs funded by the Lombardy Region. The project leader is Consorzio Tutela Provolone Valpadana and has CREA, Latteria Ca’ de’ Stefani di Vescovato and three of its contributing farms as partners. The project has a strong focus on the issue of monitoring electricity and water consumption in the production chain of this important PDO.
