Event Details

Poultry farming is one of the leading sectors of Italian agriculture. It is a sector for which we are almost self-sufficient: eggs and poultry, due to their low cost and high nutritional value, are the basis of the diet of many Italian families, but also one of the foundations of the Italian gastronomic tradition of quality; as well as the basis of an agro-industrial chain of absolute excellence.

Supply chain that for years has been at the center of media attention for aspects related to production techniques, attention to the environment and animal welfare. All aspects that have long led to significant adjustments in all sectors of production and processing with important economic commitments borne by producers. The conference aims to analyze the critical issues and propose supply chain solutions for a growth and equitable distribution of resources along the entire poultry supply chain, guaranteeing constant future growth.
