How can we manage increasing feed costs? We asked a number of Italian nutritionists this question

From the start of the lockdown to the present day, the costs of producing cow’s milk have been under considerable stress. An important role is played by the increasing cost of animal feed. In this context, livestock farmers are being forced to think long and hard about how best to organise their cultivation and animal feeding systems. This round table will focus on the best available strategies for limiting feed costs in milk cow farms.
