Event Details

Scientific studies have produced important data to support the empirical knowledge derived from the everyday problem solving common to dairy farmers and processors.

Everyday problems remains unsolved by or unknown to researchers, which deprives us of the potential for dealing with them and studying, reflecting on or further considering them.

The round table discussion will bring together the various figures working in farm dairy businesses: researchers, technicians and professionals, to identify occasions for dialogue.
