In recent years, the cereal sector has suffered the effects of climate change, resulting in critical situations for the normal development of crops. The phenomenon of mycotoxin contamination is spreading, with negative effects on the quality of cereals. During the event, part of the QUSOST-AZ project, the Cereal and Industrial Crops Research Center of Bergamo (CREA) will present good cultivation practices useful for preventing the development of mycotoxins and thus safeguarding the quality of the cereals produced
