The concluding event of LATTE.DOC, sponsored by Promocoop Lombardia with funding pursuant to 2014-2020 Lombardy Rural Development Programme, illustrates the LATTE.DOC integrated supply chain project, “development of a supply chain aimed at achieving sustainable and high quality dairy production which responds to consumer requirements.” The concluding event will present the innovative solutions developed by the project’s scientific partners for: optimising supply chain processes (at both the farming and processing levels); improving animal welfare and the environmental sustainability of production processes; improving the quality of milk and dairy products.
