These last months of the year are important for the future of the Italian milk supply chain, and more generally for our country, because a renewed positive spirit of businesses and an imminent injection of public economic resources (PNRR) is guiding and accompanying the whole the supply chain towards an epochal redevelopment.

Participating in the Cremona International Livestock Fairs will allow all the operators present to exchange ideas and useful solutions for each activities that make up the milk supply chain in Italy.

For this post-pandemic edition, Ruminantia has chosen as a method to allow visitors to the exhibition and readers of Ruminantia to be able to express their opinions during the events. The only passive participation in an event without being able to express an opinion, and not just asking questions, is now a thing of the past.
The events organized by Ruminantia will use a hybrid and interactive method, to give the possibility even to those who cannot participate in the exhibition to be at least virtually present.

The events will essentially be of three types: commercial workshops, institutional workshops, focus groups and open days, in addition to the interviews that Ruminantia usually carries out during the days of the Exhibition.
In the Ruminantia area there will be two corners dedicated to the presentation of two degree courses. The first of the University La Tuscia of Viterbo, which presents the professionalizing degree course “Expert Technician in Livestock Systems”, and the second of the Cattolica di Piacenza “Livestock and Green Innovation”. The presence of these two universities has the main objective of interacting directly with the stakeholders in order to better profile an educational path that is functional to the real needs of the milk supply chain.
