Event Details

The Unified National Commission (Commissione Unica Nazionale, CUN) is the governmental agency that formulates, in a regulatory, transparent manner, recommended prices for certain products in the agri-food sector and the associated market trends, and assures the transparency of their formulation, responding promptly to the requirement of market professionals for a price on which to base their negotiations. The CUNs, set up by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development (Ministerial Decree n.72, 31 March 2017), are composed of persons drawn from professional organisations and trade unions representing their respective industries, and work in observance of the terms of the decree, the operative regulation and its annexes. Each regulation specifies the day, frequency and location of the meeting
