INTERNATIONAL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION 2026

THE AGRO-LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION COME BACK FROM 26 TO 28 NOVEMBER 2026

The established favourites, innovations and the same indomitable passion.

Cremona, 26 February 2026 – There’s no denying that the November 2025 eightieth edition of the Zootecniche Cremona International Exhibition, the show that brings the best of worldwide dairy farming to our city, was a great success. But although memories of the last show are still very much alive, the buzz surrounding the next edition, scheduled for 26-27 and 28 November 2026, is already stronger than ever.

“The 2025 show,” CremonaFiere President Roberto Biloni explained, “consolidated the positive results of recent years by attracting the best of dairy farming from all over the world to Cremona. The event’s success exceeded our expectations, with really impressive figures that restore the international importance of the Zootecniche Cremona International Exhibition within the industry.”

With more than 200 companies present and more than 400 international brands represented, the show hosted 80 events, including seminars, lectures, discussions and educational workshops. The attendance of foreign delegations from no fewer than 22 countries was also a major feature, not to mention the heart of the show – meaning the cattle – with 400 animals exhibited by top breeders from all over the world in 2025.

Moreover, the visitor numbers for the eightieth edition of the exhibition, held in 2025, continued the upward trend in terms of numbers and quality, with professionals from all over Italy and abroad and another increase in attendance by young people working or interested in the livestock farming sector.

“Starting with the very positive results such as the numerical data, the quality of the exhibits and the event’s ability to represent its industry,” Mr Biloni continued, “we also have to be aware of our responsibility not to disappoint the ever-increasing number of visitors who come to the show with high expectations. We’ve been hard at work since the start of the year with the aim of consolidating our offering for the 2026 edition, with contents actually to be finalised in the next few weeks. The cattle themselves will continue to be the show’s focal point: in fact, as we’ve already underlined on many occasions, the exhibition originates from the close partnership with the Breeder Committee working behind the scenes. We meet them continually, and often very frequently, throughout the year to find out which events will be of greatest interest to the animal husbandry world.”

In the meantime, CremonaFiere continues to develop contacts to enrich the congress programme that has always been the jewel in the crown of the Zootecniche Cremona International Exhibition, selecting topics of current interest to meet professionals’ needs in terms of information and training.

Another sector where the Cremona show has been very active in recent years is its youth programme for high school students in general and agricultural schools in particular. In this area, the 2026 exhibition will include a specific programme entitled “La visione del futuro” (the future vision), specifically targeting young people:

“We set out to incorporate the many ideas we’ve come up with in the last few years for young people – both specifically farming-oriented with the livestock judging competitions and in the form of conferences – in association with various universities and institutions,” explained CremonaFiere General Manager Massimo De Bellis. The programme entitled “La visione del futuro” thus provides a framework for all our training and information offering, to enable interested young people to find out what the animal husbandry and farming world of the future will be like. The format will also provide career guidance, because young people will gain an understanding of their own preferences and the roles best suited to give them a successful professional future.”

“It’s therefore clearer than ever before,” the CremonaFiere representatives conclude, “that the Zootecniche Cremona International Exhibition is more than just an excellent show and information-gathering opportunity: it provides a setting for dialogue and discussion, and a window open onto the future of the animal husbandry and farming production chain, where its fantastic, passionate people can meet face to face.”
