Daniele Rama – who passed away last May – dedicated his academic and scientific efforts to agri-food issues, with particular reference to the dairy sector, first as an associate professor and, since 2003, as a full professor. A frequent speaker at the Cremona fair itself, he has also made important contributions to the development of the livestock industry as a popularizer.
