The Alleva System is the direct link between the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium and the farmers, so that continuous professional growth and constant improvement in the stables allows the PDO to continue to grow, guaranteeing value and remuneration for the supply chain. It is a channel through which the Consortium wants to point out the issues that, among the many that every farmer deals with every day, are considered crucial today to continue to increase the value of Parmigiano Reggiano.
